Funky Monkey’s Etc.

I don’t generally buy Patience stuffed animals. She gets so many as gifts and I don’t want to give her a toy that will go unused. However, the last Broken Arts Fest fell on the day after her birthday and I gave her some spending money. She chose a sock monkey, which she quickly named Lilijia after a “big kid” at her daycare.

She still brings Lilijia everywhere and takes quite a delight shaking it at the cat, for the monkey has a rattle head. Lilijia is a pretty cool gal, I must admit.
